HARD-TO-DIGEST FOODS
INTRODUCTION
The following is a list of foods that you may
be able to digest but they may cause difficulties
if you are fatigued, chilled, under stress or have
weak digestive abilities. When trying to heal or
recover from a flu, cold, etc., if these foods
cause digestive distress they should be decreased
in the diet. Consumption may be resumed once your
full energy returns.
These heavy foods may be eaten to boost
metabolism
and lose weight!
They cause you to burn calories as they are
digested,
thus causing weight loss.
The underlined foods cause the most problems.
